About The Pearl
Four score and seven years ago, I graduated from college with a degree in apparel design certain that I’d end up the lead designer for Claude Montana (and if that doesn’t date me, nothing will). Then life happened and eventually, so did starting PIP Coffee & Clay. Now I’m back to it and the result is The Pearl: a little bit of luxury, lots of designer, some true vintage, and a handful of upcycled pieces—all of them special, wearable, and built to last.
Here’s the thing: so many incredible pieces already exist. (So many horrible pieces exist too and end up in massive fast fashion mountains along the shores of Ghana). We don’t need more; we just need better. The Pearl is where you can find it.
